Press Bio / Pic / Poster

BLACK CAT BONE first formed in the late 1980’s. and worked it’s way up through the smoky bars and 1am starts to become the premier Rhythm & Blues, Boogie band in Adelaide, South Australia.

Greater achievements were beckoning, and the band members of BLACK CAT BONE joined other musicians to form an overseas touring group which performed across the United States of America, South East Asia (twice) and starred the television movie “Two Weeks Off Work”.

Having reached a pinnacle in 1994, the band members decided to go their own separate ways.

Long time fans and friends of BLACK CAT BONE requested the band reform for a series of concerts. In mid 2001 Black cat Bone reformed and released a live album.

The success of the concert appearances and the live CD “Lightening Strikes Twice” which captured the dynamics and the excitement of a BLACK CAT BONE Live Concert convinced the band members to continue.
